Ahmed Yassin Jelle

Director - Legal

Ahmed is currently finalising his PhD at the University of Bristol, with his research focusing on international trade law, regional economic communities and value chains integration. His research considers these questions in the context of the automotive regional value chain in Southern Africa under the umbrella of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

He also holds an LLM in Law and Globalisation (with distinction) from the university of Bristol and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law on which basis he obtained his licence to practice law as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

Ahmed also has an LLB (2nd Class Hon’s, Upper Division) from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

He has steered high-impact initiatives such as drafting Africa’s first

comprehensive Rules of Origin Legislation for Somalia, under a World Bank project.

Simon Mwaura

Director - Fintech

12 + Years Experience in consulting in different development sectors, Certified FinTech Industry Professional (FTIP™) – Corporate Finance Institute, BA (Hons) Commerce - Kenyatta University.

Having worked across diverse markets including the SADC, E. Africa, and MENA, Simon brings a global perspective to digital finance, blockchain, open banking, embedded finance, and artificial intelligence in financial services.

Whether leading core banking modernization projects or advising on the launch of neo-bank platforms, he combines technical fluency with deep financial insight to guide clients through complex challenges and opportunities in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.

Kaireh Idriss Dirir

Kheire Idris Dirir is a skilled consultant with a solid background in project management and financial services.

He holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking & Finance from Limkokwing University, Malaysia.
